One credit sends one standard SMS segment. Longer texts and messages with emoji or some special characters can use multiple credits. Prices exclude GST.

SMS is optional, not the default channel. Clients with the Praxi app, coming soon on iOS with Android on the way, will get appointment reminders as push notifications at no cost per message. Packs are prepaid and there for the clients who want texts.

For verified students and provisional or supervised practitioners in an eligible registered or self-regulated profession. Supervision logging, CPD tracking, full Praxi Academy access and system note templates.

Is GST included?
No. Every price on this page excludes GST. Ten per cent is added at checkout for Australian customers.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing you did not ask for. At trial end you pick a plan, or the account enters record access: you can view and export existing records. New clinical records, uploads, AI, SMS and transcription are paused. Student learning access is a separate pathway for verified students and provisional or supervised practitioners in an eligible registered or self-regulated profession. Adding a card during the trial does not change that; a paid plan starts only when you confirm one.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing covers the first practitioner: Essentials is $590 and Pro $1190 paid upfront each year, excluding GST. Each additional practitioner is billed monthly at the selected plan’s monthly seat price. The calculator above shows the annual payment, additional monthly payments and combined 12-month total, including the estimated GST total.
Does Praxi take a percentage of what I bill?
Praxi’s subscription is based on practitioner seats, not your clinical revenue. Optional extras and payment-processing fees are separate.
Can I change seats or plans later?
You can change practitioner seats and plans. Subscription changes can create prorated adjustments. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; annual billing is an upfront yearly commitment.
How will the AI Receptionist and Practice Phone work when they launch?
Both are coming soon and will be optional add-ons rather than tier inclusions. We will publish exact pricing and inclusions here when they are available to customers, and not before.
