Account deletion
To delete your Praxi practitioner account, sign in to the web app and go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account, or email hey@praxi.au from your account address. The request honours a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel it from the same page or by email. Your personal profile data is then erased. In-app deletion will arrive with the Praxi iOS app, which is coming soon. Clinical records authored under your account are retained as Australian health records legislation and professional record-keeping obligations require: at least seven years after the last service, and longer for clients who were children.
