Stripe
Card payments from clients and subscription billing for your Praxi plan. Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.
Xero
Two-way OAuth connection. Invoices sync from Praxi to Xero; payments and reconciliation flow back. Configure under Settings → Integrations → Xero.
MYOB
OAuth connection for invoice and payment sync. Configure under Settings → Integrations → MYOB.
Calendar subscribe (iCal)
One-way subscribe feed that plugs into Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar. Praxi publishes a secret feed URL you paste into your calendar app: it is read-only, not a two-way Google Calendar sync.
Telehealth (built-in)
Video consultations built into Praxi. A video room is created automatically for each telehealth appointment, with no separate video account required.
Voice transcription
In-session transcription via AWS Transcribe Streaming, hosted in Australia. Built into Praxi, so you do not connect a separate account.
SMS (built-in)
Appointment reminders and portal messages via Praxi's built-in SMS, so you do not bring your own Twilio account. Usage is metered through Praxi's SMS credits.

Medicare and DVA: certification underway
Certification is underway. Electronic claiming is not yet available for production use; continue using your existing claiming service.
Secure messaging via HealthLink and Medical-Objects
Infrastructure in place; end-to-end activation in progress.

Praxi is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or a partner of Services Australia or the Australian Government. Certification language on this site reflects Praxi’s own assessment of its integration status, not a claim of government endorsement.
