Switching
Moving is the hard part. So it is guided.
A secure, self-serve wizard imports your clients, calendar, billing history, notes and documents, and shows you a dry run of exactly what will land before anything is committed.
1. Connect and dry-run
Connect your export or account. The wizard maps your data and shows you precisely what will land where, before anything is written.
2. Review the mapping
Walk the dry run. Fix a column, rename a field, exclude what you do not want. Review the import in your own account. Authorised support access is governed by our Privacy Policy.
3. Commit when ready
Nothing is written until you approve. Then clients, appointments, notes, invoices and documents land together.
What moves
The record, not a spreadsheet of it.
Client demographics and history, appointments past and future, clinical notes, invoices and payments, and documents. AI-assisted column mapping supports CSV imports. Supported fields and formats are confirmed in the dry run before you proceed.
- Clients, with referral and consent context
- Calendar, including recurring and future appointments
- Clinical notes, kept as records rather than re-drafted
- Invoices, payments and outstanding balances
- Documents and letters
Your data, your call
You stay in control of the move.
Switching software usually means handing your client list to a stranger and hoping. It does not here, and you are not locked in afterwards either.
No support ticket, no screen share
The wizard runs inside your own account, at whatever hour suits you. There is no implementation call to book and no export to email to a stranger. The self-serve flow does not require sending your records to our support team. Any authorised support access follows our Privacy Policy.
Nothing lands until you say so
The dry run shows exactly what will be written and where. Fix a column, rename a field, exclude what you do not want, and run it again. Anything that does not map cleanly is listed rather than quietly dropped.
And you can take it all back out
A practice owner can export the whole record from Settings: clients, appointments, clinical notes, billing, forms, files and assessments. Migration is one of its supported purposes, not a loophole. If Praxi turns out not to fit, you leave with everything you brought and everything you made since.
Switching questions
The questions every switcher asks.
Will I lose my history?
How long does it take?
Can I run both systems for a while?
Who sees my data during the move?
If I move to Praxi, can I get my data out again?
Try it before you move anything.
Praxi is invitation-only while we onboard our first practices. Request access and we will be in touch.
