Availability and recovery targets

Praxi runs on AWS infrastructure in the Sydney region with automated health monitoring and alerting. Our availability target is 99.5% uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance (Terms of Service, clause 17.1), with at least 48 hours’ notice of scheduled maintenance except for urgent security updates. Our recovery targets are a 4-hour Recovery Time Objective and a 1-hour Recovery Point Objective, backed by automated daily backups and point-in-time recovery. These are targets. A full recovery drill against them has not run. It is overdue, and the new target is the end of November 2026. We will publish the measured result here once it has run.

Incidents affecting customers are posted on this page with updates until they are resolved, and resolved incidents stay listed while the post-incident review is open. For urgent issues, email hey@praxi.au.
